Toffee Popcorn Brownies

Toffee Popcorn Brownies
I made these to bring to a friend's house for dinner. They're another one off the Tasty app, with some adjustments to add more chocolate.
Ingredients
225g butter
200g plain chocolate
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cups plain flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
120-140g toffee popcorn
I used Butterkist Toffee Popcorn, a 170g bag, and ate some of it because it seemed like too much. Roughly 2/3-3/4 of a bag works well, the rest is for snacking.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350˚F/180˚C
Prepare a 10in x 10in pan/tin whathaveyou
Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler
Transfer to a larger bowl, whisk in the sugars, vanilla and salt
Whisk in the eggs until fully combined
Mix in the flour and cocoa powder
Stir in the toffee popcorn
Pour into the prepared pan, and bake 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out nearly clean
Let cool completely before cutting and eating
